You can buy securely with us online, or over the phone, and we don't charge any credit card fees. You can use Zip or AfterPay to stagger payments, or even EFT if you'd prefer. Your privacy is secured at SMITH&SMITH Lighting.
Getting your lighting home
We'll always keep you updated during the free delivery of your items, and you'll be able to track this all online (or SMS). We'll deliver items in Australia and New Zealand carbon-free, and we insure all items too - so any breakages during delivery are on us, and very easily and quickly replaced.
Since 2018, less than 4% of our Customers have ever returned products to us, but if you do happen to change your mind, that's perfectly okay - simply reach out to your SMITH&SMITH Lighting Specialist, and we'll organise the free return of the items and a full refund. It's simple and fast.
Something is not quite right
Despite our best planning, if something does go wrong, we'll be on it quickly. Every Customer is given contact details of their SMITH&SMITH Lighting Specialist, so we're only ever a quick call or email away.
