+If you're after a timber lamp or an electroplated finish to an alumnium lamp, get in touch and we can send you out a sample of what you need - free of charge!
What about your Warranty?
+It's pretty simple. We provide a 3 year replacement warranty. If LED fails, often it's a simple a replacing the driver, which is no expensive or difficult, provided it's accessible. We insure all lighting during shipping too, so if something arrived damaged, it's on us to resolve, not you. Risk-free shopping at SMITH&SMITH.
Can you send me more photos, Instal instructions etc etc?
+Our amazing Customers often send us in photos of their installed linear lighting, so we have loads of pics we can send you. Basically, whatever you need, just ask and we'll provide it.
Can I just do this over the phone?
+100%. In fact, sometimes a quick 5 minute call do discuss the product, your space, and some pitfalls to avoid, can save you a lot of time. We're available to discuss linear lighting 7 days. You can even pay over the phone if your not keen on paying online.
Do you have somewhere I can see your linear lighting?
+No. We have a warehouse in Pennant Hills, but no stores. We can send you as many drawing, photos, videos as you need to get comfortable with our products. Furthermore, Google 'Smith and Smith Lighting' and read hundreds of unfiltered reviews from prast customers. This provides a very good insight into what to expect from Erika & Gavin.
