I'm unsure about the quality of SMITH&SMITH products?
+This is a question we get from many first-time Customers. We don't have stores around Australia but we can provide extra information, photos, finish samples, specification clarification - whatever you need, we can assist you making a decision about our product quality. We also recommend reading our Google Reviews, as these contain hundreds of reviews from real Customers who have purchased from us.
Can I chat to a real person?

Where do SMITH&SMITH products come from?
+We collate a small selection of products from other wholesalers we like, such as Emac & lawton, but over 75% of our products are unique to SMITH&SMITH and not available anywhere else. SMITH&SMITH does not sell its products via any lighting stores, only via this web site.
Do you offer in-home consults?
+Yes, we offer in-home consults in the Greater Sydney area. These do not come with any pressure to buy lighting from us. Get in touch today to schedule a visit with Erika.
What happens if lighting is damaged in transit?
+We insure all shipments and its on SMITH&SMITH to resolve any damaged shipments.
What if I change my mind?
+Many items have a no-questions returns policy allowing you to return the lamp (at your cost) within 7 days. Made-to-order lighting, custom lighting, project lighting or any lighting marked 'clearance' does not qualify for our no-questions returns policy. What warranty is provided by SMITH&SMITH?
