A Driver is required to convert the power for the LED Handrail to low voltage.

We typically provide a 3m wire tail to be fed from the Handrail into your wall cavity. From there, your electrician will feed this wire to the driver location which in-turn is wired to the main power of the property.

For a staircase, the driver is often stored under the stairs, or sometimes in the ceiling.

Having the driver acessible is strongly recommended just in case it ever requires replacing.

Our Simpson round timber LED handrail requires aluminium brackets which secure the LED Handrail to the wall/baullstrade.

Whilst these are most commonly provided in satin silver, we have a variety of finish options. We can even electroplate or powedercoat (paint) these specifically for your project needs. You can also choose matching metal ends when using our Simpson LED Handrail.
