Returns
Erika & Gavin work really hard to photograph and describe all of our lighting as accurately as we can, helping give our Customers confidence buying online from us.
In fact, since 2017, less than 3% of our Customers have ever returned products.
But sometimes, just like when buying a new pair of jeans, we know that there's a small chance your new lighting just doesnt quite look as you'd imagined when you get it home.
That's okay.
Our approach to returns is simple. We will accept any returns within 30 days provided the product can be re-sold by us and was not marked as a 'clearance' item.
We're so confident of our products, we'll even collect the item being returned for free. (Our returns policy does include some fine print which you can read here.)
