Q. Who is Zaffero Lighting?
A. Zaffero is a lighting brand in Australia, now owned by importer, Florabelle. Zaffero Lighting produce most of their products in India, for sale into the Australian and NZ market via resellers like SMITH&SMITH.

Q. Can I buy Zaffero Lighting from SMITH&SMITH?
A. Yes, absolutely. We've been a partner with Zaffero since 2017 and know a great deal about their products. Whatever you need, we can get it to you fast.

Q. Do you have all Zaffero Lighting items in stock?
A. We carry stock in our Sydney warehouse to ensure the fastest possible delivery to you. You can check the stock level of any item with us at any time. If Zaffero have sold out of an item, we will know its arrival date to ensure you are ahead of the back-order queue.

Q. How long is delivery?
A. Stocked items will be on their way to you within a day. We insure deliveries too, and will provide online tracking for your delivery. If any item is sold out, we'll let you know prior so you can decide to wait or not.

Q. Can I buy Zaffero direct from the Zaffero?
A. Yes, but it wont cost you a penny more to buy Zaffero from SMITH&SMITH, and we'll be there to support you 7 days if anything does go wrong.
