Q. What the two lighting options?
A. You can choose the Riverina with downward lighting only, or the up+down option which has an additional LED strip illuminating your ceiling.

Q. If I choose up+down lighting, can I turn this on separately?
A. Yes, for only a little extra, this is an option for you. Contact us for a quotation.

Q. Is this style dimmable?
A. Yes it can be, we supply Triac dimmers by default, but can also provide Dali if requested. We can also wire up-down lighting separately upon request, including independent dimming of the up and down lighting.

Q. What is the lead time?
A. We make all items to order in any length up to 3m. If you need a longer profile, we need to use a larger profile. The lead time is typically about 6 weeks.

Q. Is there a visible electrical wire?
A. No. Power is delivered down one of the suspension wires, and creates a minimal aesthetic which is what most of our Customers prefer.

Q. Where is this item made?
A. All LED strips largely come from overseas, but we assemble, wire, and finish all pendant lamps in Australia.

Q. What does the connection to the ceiling look like?
A. If you have a plaster/gyprock ceiling and can house the driver in the ceiling cavity, we suggest our ultra-minimal ceiling connection. We also have various ceiling cup sizes and a recessed downlight cover option too. 

Q. Does this style of lighting need be suspended from a support beam or something stronger than gyprock/plasterboard?
A. That's a question for your electrician, but this item is not heavy and so does not need extra support. 

Q. What length are the suspension droppers?
A. We supply 3m droppers by default. But we can provide longer droppers as required for your space. 

Q. What colour are the suspension droppers?
A. Most customers choose the grey/silver droppers, but black is also available if requested.

Q. Where are the droppers positioned?
A. By default, droppers are positioned 40mm from each end. We can however vary this if required for your project if requested.

Q. What colour LED light output is this lamp?
A. 3000K. We can change this to any colour between 2000-6000K.

Q. What if the item arrives damaged?
A. We insure all lighting during delivery, and it is our responsibility to rectify any damage made during delivery.

Q. Can you make this item in other lengths?
A. Yes of course, any length up to 3m
