Is the Murano lamp I like available in other glass colours?
+Most likely yes, especially if you are looking for more than 1 of an item. Reach out to us and we'll provide photos of the glass colours available.
As well as the glass colour, can I select the fittings colour?
+For purchases of 1 or 2 items, the finishes are typically constrained to brass or polished nickel. For larger orders, we can provide a variety of finish options, including aged brass, black etc.
Can I change the suspension type or length for a Murano glass pendant/chandelier?
+In most cases, yes. There is often the ability to choose for ahanging lamp to be suspended by a matching chain, or a fixed rod. In each scenario, once ordered, we'll confirm you choice and will also ask you the hanging length - i.e. the distance from your ceiling to the bottom of the lamp. We can also cater for your raked/cloped ceiling too if you advise us immediately prior to or after placing your order.
I've found a Murano glass hanging lamp I love! Does it also come in other sizes? Or perhaps in a matching wall or ceiling lamp too?
+In most cases, yes. We offer an extensive collection, and because of our many customisation options available, most Murano lamps are made to order, and most have other styles and sizes using the same glass type. This allows you to continue a theme from your hanging lamp, matching to wall, ceiling or even table and floor lighting in some cases.
Does S&S provide discounts?
+If you're looking to more 2 or more lamps, please contact us and we'l love to assist with a discount for you. (Except in a few cases e.g. clearance item). hello@smithandsmithlighting.com.au
Is the glass high quality?
+Yes indeed - everything SMITH&SMITH provide is handcrafted and often made-to-order. We stand behind our quality and our Customers have awarded us 5 Stars in Google, every year we've been in business. Murano lamps can get heavy, so please consider the lamp weight and how you can secure it in place.
What is the lead time?
+Every product has an anticipated lead time. If this information is missing or you would like clarity, reach out to us. We do recommend allowing a small buffer to lead times, just in case there are delays outside of our control.
What if this glass lamp arrives damaged?
+We have many years experiencing of packaging glass lighting for a safe delivery. If however any pieces arrive damaged, let us know immediately and we'll replace them.
Is SMITH&SMITH lighting compliant for use in AU/NZ?
+Yes of course. We only sell in Australia and NZ.
