Q. Can this lamp be used in an Australian bathroom?
A. Yes, provided it is 600mm from the basin tap, and not above a bath or shower in a plash zone.

Q. What brass finish options can I choose?
A. See the same images below which show accurately our 6 finish choices: Brass (satin), brushed brass, antique (aged) brass, brown brass, bronze (blackened brass) and brushed nickel.

Q. Can I see a sample of the lamp before purchasing?
A. Whilst we have a Sydney warehouse, we don't have a showroom. This wall lamp is made-to-order in your selected finish. We do have sample boxes available for purchase. The cost will be deducted from your purchase if you proceed.

Q. Do you have extra photos?
A. Yes, we may have, depending on the style and finish you are considering. Contact us today to ask.

Q. Is the lead time accurate?
A. Yes. We always ask Customers to allow a 1-2 week buffer for any courier/customs delays which are outside of our control.

Q. What happens if my order arrives damaged?
A. Do not worry, we will replace any damaged items.

Q. Is this lamp dimmable?
A. Where a lamp has a replaceable bulb, whether a lamp can be dimmed or not, comes down to your choice of bulb. As does the brightness (lumens) and colour (kelvin) of your lamp. If the lamp has integrated LED (COB), contact us to confirm a dimmable driver can be provided with your lamp choice. A Dali dimmable driver may also be an option. Both options may incur a small additional cost.
