A. Husband & wife team, Erika and Gavin, launched SMITH&SMITH in 2017. Based in Sydney, SMITH&SMITH has grown over 600% in the last 12 months providing handcrafted lighting for Australian home owners and our trade friends.

Q. What are the customisable wall lamp made from?
A. Almost all styles are made from quality brass, not inferior metals. You can choose from our 8 finish options, or we can assist produce any finish for your next project.

Q. Do you have stores so I can view the lamp quality in person?
A. We cant afford stores around Australia. We can often help with more photos to help you choose a style and finish. We also invite you to Google us to read real and unfiltered reviews from recent Customers about our product quality and service.

Q. Where are your lights made?
A. Mostly in India, in the brass city of Moradabad. We also produce some styles, mostly LED, in China - where 95% of the world's lighting is manufactured.

Q. How long will it take to receive my lighting?
A. Each style on our web site has a delivery estimate. This typically ranges from 4-6 weeks for most items. If you have a specific needs, please get in contact with us before ordering. For custom lighting where we produce a brand new style for your project, this typically has a lead time of 16-18 weeks, but is project specific.

Q. What if my item arrives damaged?
A. Rest easy, we insure all deliveries, and will rectify any damage at our cost.
