Request a replacement or refund

Please read the following information before requesting a replacement or refund:

  • If you believe the product we sent you has a defect, it's important you contact us immediately to let us know
  • The 30 day returns period applies from the original date of purchase
  • The product being returned must be in a resalable condition, and must not have been purchased on-sale
  • We will contact you to organise for the return the product safely to us
  • When processing your refund, we can only control the time it takes for us to process the refund, but controlling the banks and/or credit card companies, that's another story!
