With Sydney's lockdown thankfully ended, it is largely business as normal for SMITH&SMITH, with orders bring dispatched daily.
Stock levels are low, and some lead times (as shown in each product description) may be longer than pre-covid.
We are always closely watching Covid-related events both at home in Australia and abroad, and are taking necessary steps to help protect our Customers, staff & suppliers through this pandemic.
For more information, please refer to our Covid Protection Policy.

The pandemic has certainly meant that we are seeing stock shortages. Our business alone has grown six-fold in the last 12 months, which has meant manufacturing to replenish our Sydney warehouse is an ongoing task that keeps us very very busy.
To avoid disapointment, we recommend allowing for greater lead times when purchasing some lighting, and buying stock early where you do find stock is immediately available.
We deliver all lighting by courier, and except for some very large items, we deliver free across Australia. Couriers are now largely accustomsed to the higher shipment volumes experienced during Covid-19, with deliveries across Australia back to normal timeframes. Even during state-based lockdowns, couriers have always been considered an essential service. Deliveries are contactless.
We charge very competitive delivery rates to NZ with deliveries also now back to pre-covid timetables. Contact us for a quote today.
We provide online tracking for all orders, and we also insure all items, so if by rare chance there is any damage during transit, it's on us to remedy, not on our Customers.
We try to make choosing SMITH&SMITH for your lighting, easy.

SMITH&SMITH manufacture some items in India. We have taken, and continue to take, all necessary care to protect our staff, their families, plus our supply chains and logistics contractors. Whilst the second wave has subsided somewhat, our Indian friends still need help. Charities globally, such as UNICEF, are asking for donations.
